We get it, sometimes life happens and you can’t make it to your reservation. Our cancellation policy helps us free up courts for the Austin community, so we encourage you to cancel your reservation in advance when you’re able to. Court reservations can be canceled up to 24 hours prior to start time with no charge. If a cancellation takes place within 24 hours of the start time, you will be charged for the booking unless we cancel the reservation due to weather or not having enough participants, in which case you won't be charged for the cancellation. All cancellation charges will be applied to your credit card immediately. For programs, the cancellation window depends on the event, so please be sure to read the event description and information in its entirety before signing up.
