What are Play Passes?

Play Passes facilitate our system’s management of daily open play. Members can use one Play Pass per day for free Open Play.

What do Wrangler Members get as part of their membership?

Wrangler members will receive 20 Play Passes in their account when the monthly membership renews. These passes will be applied during registration to get a free Open Play session during off-peak times.

What do Trailboss Members get as part of their membership?

Trailboss members will receive 30 Play Passes in their accounts when the monthly membership renews. These passes can be applied during registration to enjoy a free Open Play session during both off-peak and peak times.

What happens to my Play Passes if I cancel my reservation?

If a member cancels a registration made with a Play Pass for an Open Play session more than 24 hours before it starts, the Play Pass will be credited back to the member’s account for future use.

  • Peak: 5pm - Close & Holidays / Off-Peak: 6am - 5pm
  • Daily Open Play is subject to availability. Due to popular demand, it is capped at one two-hour open play session per day to ensure everyone gets court time.
  • To ensure that all our members have a fair chance to play, our booking system enforces our booking policy of one open play reservation a day. This will be monitored through play passes.
