How to Check In with a QR Code

Step 1: 

Open “My Bookings” in the App - Once you’ve made a booking or accepted an invitation to a reservation, head to the “My Bookings” section on our app, available on iPhone, Android, or through the web.

Step 2: 

Click “Check In” - Inside “My Bookings,” tap on the “Check In” button. A unique QR code will display on your screen.

Step 3: 

Scan Your QR Code at the Front Desk - At our check-in desk, simply hold up your QR code to the scanner. A Ranch Hand will help scan, you’ll receive a confirmation message saying “Checked in”—and you’re all set!
